Why don't do they use that on commercial airliners too? Fly too high to really be a big deal?

Power to weight differences as well as fuel efficiency for a plane of that size.

You notice the C41 uses a standard commercial turbine engine same with all transport or heavy load craft. The only passenger plane that uses something similiar was the Concorde but even that was a bit different than the fighter design.
