K-Series engine is swappable into it. Stock it's like a Civic h: If they made a 2-door hatch version I'd be all over it.

It's not at all. I don't know the exact weight, but the problem is the stock engine is a 1.5 liter 109HP SOHC VTEC garbage powerplant. Starts at $13K or so

I'm not sure on the weight, I can't find specs, but I believe it's less than 2500 pounds. And those are Spoon SW's, the wheel that Rota copies as the Slipstream.
