Default hey photo guys...

I've lagged on getting many of digital pictures developed. how much should i expect to pay per print?

so far the local places (including ritz camera) are offering 29 cents a print...which means i'll be spending like 120 bucks.

Do you really have that many images that are so good you have to print them off?

i'm not a great photographer, but i've filtered out the lower quality pictures, and i'm still down to 350 or so images. this is 3 years in the making.

well basically if you had been printing them all off up until now you would have spent the same amount of money so I guess you break even.

Myself I don't print unless it is something I want to hang or put in a photo album. Then I print off my printer unless I need it to be archival quality. It's a world cheaper that way and saves the cost for the few shots I feel are worth the cost.

well to be honest, its all of pictures (the presentable quality ones) from the trips me and my gf have taken in the last 3 years, at least the major ones. its our 3 year anniversary on monday, i thought it would be a cool gift to develop them, and put them in a nifty album. its one of those "cost isn't an issue" things...besides, she doesnt have a decent computer to view them on anyway, since i took my laptop back from her house. AND her friends and family have been asking where the pictures of all the trips we've taken are.

its not like i'm developing pictures of stupid car meets and car shows.

No jk Walmarts prints are cheap in price and pretty decent quality. I would recommend that if you have pics of friends and random stuff, do it at Walmart, They also have an online thingee too. YOu can order the prints from home and pick them up later, and they will email you when its done and all that jazzz!!

HOWEVER if you want to get real ''photography'' done, iono if Walmart would be up to par.

You should try it out tho, i think right now when you sign up for their free online photo service you get 10 prints for free, no strings attached...i took advantage of the free prints! yay!
