Default Computer Crew,...enter here

Im building a budget PC for a broke friend (he just moved to his own place and doesnt have a computer),...i need suggestions on a mobo and cpu,..remember he is broke but he doesnt want a computer that will load soltaire five minutes after he clicks,...im gonna build using athlon,..what mobo and cpu from newegg should i go with? he does not game,...all he will be using this computer for is surfing the web,...and he would like to view videos without a problem,..like downloading TV shows and viewing them without problems

Not a bad system, I wouldn't mind owning that myself.

I choose that vid card cause it just has a big heat sink on it and no fan, it'll be quieter that way and if he never games, why make the extra noise and extra power... just a waste. But there are cheaper cards with the same chipsets. Not much cheaper... maybe $5-10... but still cheaper.

budget is as cheap as possible,...he didnt give me a limit cause he doesnt know how much he has to spend yet,...i just know that it pretty much has to be a bottom of the line computer that can surf the web and watch videos
