This isn't an isolated incident. I was watching the Discovery Channel and apparently, immigrants love to come to the land of opportunity and make eBay accts. just to do exactly this. They will sell a few items here and there to build up feedback, sometimes networking with other immigrants to buy/sell from just for feedback; when no item or money even exchanges hands. Then they will "sell" a whole bunch of higher priced items only to cut and run back to their home country.
