I just got this from someone who said I bid on item on ebay and didn't pay. As it turns out the link is to made up site to look like ebay. Here is the content:

I just went to the site and it looks like it IS ebay. I could be wrong but I checked it out for a while and it seems to be the actual site. Maybe you should look into it or contact ebay.
