is that the best they can do? this kind of marketing is what pisses me off about Apple. can't they market themselves without taking shots at the competition? i've never known Microsoft, nor Dell, nor any other PC manufacturer to take direct shots at Apple. their pride must be hurt after making the switch to Intel. that's what i gather from that gem of a phrase..

anyway, i'm curious about these benchmarks. a year ago apple was touting that they were significantly faster than Intel.. now suddenly Intel is 4x faster? :thinking:

And they're cheap too, considering what you get (At the $2500 price point)! Cheaper than a comparable Dell laptop, but faster, with longer battery life, better styling, better graphics card, built in camera...

well, considering the customer base for PC users always use the same shots against Apple, there's a good reason for it. Why do you personally not like Apple besides their "marketing decisions". That is what they are going for. :dunno:
