the trunk is really well designed. the floor is low because the spare tire is mounted in the area where the soft top folds down. i'm still amazed at how much stuff i can put in there. it's even more spacious than the G35C's trunk, because the floor was so high. on one grocery store trip, i bought three cases of bottled water (24 each), three or four 12 packs of soda, a bag of charcoal, and some bags full of meat - - - along with my gym bag and laptop bag from work. it was a tight fight, but i didnt have to put anything on the passenger seat.
