im at work, and im trying to fix this lady's computer. whenever you open a program, it opens it on both sides of the taskbar. she had like 6 other slider things open, but i was able to close them all, except for this one. i cant right click it and close it, i cant slide it off.. i have no idea waht to do

 

no one? im lost, i dont even know what those slider things are called

 

hit alt+ctrl+delete and close it in task manager maybe?????
