Every night I am home, I put on a cartoon. Half-way through I knock out. Then about the time it ends, I wake up to turn off the computer...hope right into bed and doze right back off. Sometimes I am still sleeping when I get up to turn off the computer.

ive tried all those breathing methods and reading before bed but it just doesnt work for me unless i had a long day

 

rubbing one off usually tires me out... so afterwards i just fall asleep... waking up is gross sometimes bein sticky and all but whatever atleast im not loaded in the morningh:
