When did this take effect? I went to the post office and the clerk said "We still have some 'happy birthday' 37 stamps left, would you like to use those?" and I was like "whatever works man"...this was on Thursday.

Those bastards. It sucks because they don't allow any overlap, as soon as the $0.39 ones come out, the other ones a useless.

I remember when stamps were like $0.24 h:

the only thing i pay through mail, is my car payments. i dunno why, but that was the only thing that i didnt set up with automatic payments. :dunno:
