It's physically impossible in my car. The transmission is right there in the middle which obstructs access, and there's not enough room between my crotchal area and the steering wheel (which is non-adjustable) to put a human head there. However if I had a girlfriend with a shrunken head, or my weiner was built like stretch armstrong and I could curve it over to the passenger side, then maybe it would be conceivable.

Other vehicles I have driven in the past, it has happened. I failed to take this one particular factor into account when considering my purchase. h:
