Default help on air compressor fittings

i got an aircompressor the other day and on it is the quick connect connector (you pull back the sleeve and insert a fitting?) and the 50 foot hose on both ends are screw typ, so i was wondering what kind of fitting do i need to convert the hose to accomodate the quick connect connector?
is it like one of these on the right?
