Ya know the thing is, I decided I can't taste the difference between Sapphire and Tanqueray when mixed in a gin & tonic. So in a bar where Sapphire is top shelf and Tanqueray is a call, and I'm drinking a lot of gin & tonics, I go for the Tanqueray.

However for a martini or gimlet then it's definitely the Sapphire because those are both pretty much straight up gin.
