i just assembled my new shuttle PC, and it wont boot, i get no video signal at all. it has onboard video, and i even tried putting a AGP card in it, still no video signal. no beeps either. i unpluged everything, memory too, and just left the cpu in and still the same. im thinking my cpu is junk, anyone have any ideas ?

ya, the board has power, the LED on it lights up, all the fans spin, the hard drive sounds like it spinning and the activity light comes on, DVD-rom opens too. just no boot.

 

maybe it s the video cable

 

nah, i plugged my current comp right back into it, once i was done trying to fix it.

 

i would guess its an issue with the motherboard.

haha, short of the fact i may have to return it to newegg, i would've threw it out the window by now.

 

all the IRQ's are jumped properly?
