In Iraq? The last I heard it's about .05 a gallon. Iraqi's can't just go out and get some though. The lines go for... well they're long as hell. You can usually see peddlers on the side of the roads selling it out of water bottles or whatever kind of container they can put the fuel in.

Right well. I don't keep up with it. Actually the last time I heard was about two months ago so it's definitely possible.
