Wow.. I'm at 121k and haven't had to change my rotors yet. They're doing fine. I've had the same pads for about 1-2 years and they're doing great.

it might be worth it to try them...since you change pads every 20-25k...my experience with the aem's on my old cars and my sis' car they have been in the 30k range with regular daily driving

i can't believe the brake pads need to be replaced so soon. I got 35K miles out of my stock pads on the 530i and that a much heavier car. I only paid $65 for pads too

On the 330i it's currently at 45K miles on the last replacement.

Check the rotor thickness willard with a caliper and see if still within spec to turn. If it's close I would just replace them. I recommend Hawk HPS. Better grip similar dust as Ultimates and $59 for set of fronts from tire rack.

What I think is weird is that the inside pad is so much more worn than the outside...that should not happen.

Ok, so how do I check if the rotor is good enough for turning?

The tolerance is usually printed on the rotor, I'm assuming if it's pretty close, it's not possible or not worth turning.
