I think its a great deal, but im pretty sure its "HOT". My other buddy told me not to go for it because Bestbuy/HP/ and or Microsoft will kno that laptop is HOT and when I ever do updates online... MS will "Lock" windows

thats true, but the dell dont have a 100gig hd or a dvd/cd rw dual layer for dvd r +/-. i know that from experience.

Some HP raptops are made by Compaq - which are utter shit. Not that Dell is any better, but at least they'd be legit.
