My car failed emissions, namely Hydrocarbons. Max is 1.2 g/mi, Mine was 2.41 g/mi. What do you think needs to be fixed. I replaced the spark plugs about 5-6k miles ago...I'm thinking I need a new cat. Opinions?

clean throttle body, look into new cat, make sure car is quite hot before the test
