I saw like 4 cars with 3 people and the cops turned them all around.

just to clarify things: Its driving into the city where these restrictions apply.
ex: crossing the bridges or tunnels into the city south of 96th street.

this is the reason why my boss specifically told me to go back to my parents house in jersey. i didnt have much problem gettin here cause i work next to the wtc and the path trains are still working. but i did take a little longer to get here because i knew i could be late today.
