All QSR restaurants are cutting back on self service items as a cost cutting measure..........for example, some people won't ask for the coffee sleeves, some people don't ask for extra ketchup or sause (or even realize you can get it at all), napkins are now being placed behind the counter at some places, etc. etc........gay yes, but that is part of the business of trying to save a buck.

 

I hate the new napkin dispensers you are seeing more and more of. It's designed to make you take them out one by one. That just makes me take more. h:
