cant there just be one official workout crew post? instead of making 2 new ones a day?

anywho, after i lost my fat its been staying off and i havent been to the gym for months (5 or so). and iv been eating the same how i always do h: yay metabolism and my arms seem to be getting bigger...and im not doing anything :dunno:

I don't know...started getting a soreness in my shoulder while lifting, don't know if it's rotator cuff or shoulder blade...started out as my rotator cuff being sore, and now its kinda in the shoulder blade area. Took some time off to let it fix itself.

Well it was the day after I did my shoulder workout....I was doing closegrip bench for tris when I noticed the soreness.
