I mainly use the computer to surf the net, check out pRon, hit up the messg boards, etc. My at home computing consists of watching DVD's, word processing, photoshop stuff, Pro-Tools, word processing, ya know, that routine stuff. Budget is $140 MAX for vid card, the lower the better. Would like to get as decent of a card as I can for the price, that way I won't have to upgrade anytime soon, besides, unless I become a gamer I don't think I'd have a need to upgrade.

what card is it? I downloaded "Oakland Sideshows" and when I attempt to watch it w/Media Player 10, it's very jerky. Same goes for any other videos. I'm not a Halo OG, but I'd like to be able to play it at a decent clip if I chose to. Do you have any recommendations?
