im saying fox sucks because they cancel great shows like futurama and firefly
but they keep some shows on long past they become stale liek simpsons and married with children

 

they cancelled married with children long ago and it was still not past its prime, nor is the simpsons, futurama i was a fan but then fell off it just wasnt funny anymore. what was firefly? never herd of it.

 

i hope they keep arressted development.............

 

futurama and married with children is arguable, i feel futurama was every bit as funny all the way to the last ep
married i feel was great up until about the time that kelly cut her hair short

however, simpsons is waay past its prime. i stopped watching when they focused on homer's stupidity instead of good storys

 

The Simpsons have passed their prime. It's better to go out when you're on top then to run it into the ground like FOX is currently doing.

haha, yeh, that was a good show, and it sucks that fox is axing it. i'm also pissed that they're cancelling reunion half way through the show, seeing that it has a similar linear format as 24 and was only going to last a single season anyway. i may never know who killed sam!

one thing in Fox's favor is they seem to respond to fan's input, even if a show's not reaching a wide audience, like how they brought back Famly Guy and Arrested Development cause of a small dedicated fan base.


The way they fund a right-wing news station with profits from their successful left-wing comedy shows always cracked me up, does any popular show on fox not take stabs at the network once in a while?

 

no one said i have to watch fox and i have no gripe about watching fox (when i did), but that has nothing to do with the topic
