hahah, I feel you man, I had to do the same thing on the beginning of Q4 05 and prepared everyone for the TL9000 cert. I was like "err.......ok...........uhhhh......" :run:

well good luck, its not to bad. i use to be a really shy person around large groups now i train groups of 20+ almost every day. the first time is nerve racking then it gets better

werd when i started doing presentation i had to ware a blazer everytime to hide my under arm sweat rings

:hi5: I'm done! It went much better than I thought. I brought my laptop in and hooked it up to the projector so everyone could see. A few people remoted in and just watched over everything while they were dialed in to the bridge.

I started off explaining asset management and the importance of properly updating assets as equipment changes hands. Then I went over installing the software and configuring the ODBC data source before getting into the program and explaining all the different features and reports that I export via SQL.

I feel much better now that its off my plate.
