Where's my mail?

Me: leave them in your inbox or make a new folder for them. She then muttered something about the system being dumb for emptying the trash and left. When she was outside of earshot, the rest of my coworkers had a tremendous laugh over that one." |

We just had a lady here wondering why she couldn't print her voicemail. We told her that's not a feature currently offered. |

i once had a "sync/no surf" issue & when i get there, the cust had no pc....just the modem plugged into the jack.
cust: so i need a computer too?? me: ummm yes cust: & bellsouth doesn't provide one w/ the dsl? me: for $29.95/moth...that'd be a no & what dumbass @ the helpdesk couldn't figure out the cust didn't even have a comp & rolled a truck?!?!?!! |

when i get there, the power is turned off on the modem....billed her $199.95 trouble determination charge my favorite shirt says...."IT'S A SHAME STUPIDITY ISN'T PAINFUL"......god how i wish i could wear it at work |

my favorite though was a lady who asked me one day where she could get a bigger mouspad cause she was always hitting the edge of her's & not be all the way accross the screen
