Its not broken, just the alignment isn't spot on. Plus you NEVER want to send your matte zippo in for a lid problem. They sand off the hinge, then weld a new one on, ruining the paint and stuff.

I have a zippo and its broken, the flint is broke or something, and cant open it from underneath, its fucked up. I dont smoke or anything but I like to play around with it. ;(
