they lost 2 boxes and damaged 1 so badly everything inside was broken, out of 13. They found 1 package but it was 10lbs lighter. They've been refusing to pay up to this point. Of all our packages none came in decent condition, all seemed to have been involved in an employee game of kick box, some the tape ripped off and seemingly rummaged through. Beside's that they were to be delivered in 5-7 bsns days, we received our packages on different days over a 2 month period, although we shipped everything at the same time Fedex is one fuck up of a company and needs to get their shit str8n'd out, I for one hope they go out of bsns, but not until I'm compensated. I will go out of my way to have items purchased online shipped by other means than fedex. The fact that they know they lost our goods and are making it soo hard to get our compensation makes me hate them more and I will continue to tell ppl not to use fedex if they wish to get their packages on time and in working condition.
