yes, with an emulator. i'm not sure the quality of PS emulators out nowadays, and i'm not sure if one has been written for PS2, but it likely has.
try google.. "ps2 emulator"
from dave's post, i'm assuming "epsxe" is one.

u can emulate PS1 roms but can't emulate PS2 roms since the PC can't handle it unless you have an extreme system. But then again, it'll be the software that's slowing you down.
