Apple is being sued for the new iPods (both video and Nano) because of design flaws that they disregarded in order to rush the items to the consumer market.

Uhhhh, no? They are replacing some units that aren't functioning properly, but there is no "legit" lawsuit pending that I am aware of.

lol it's like the opposite here, people switch the buds so people dont know they have an ipod, drastically reducing the chance of getting it stolen.

I got a Zen Xtra or something for Christmas last year. It was like 199$ for 30gb. It can hold a shit load of songs, like 3425 so far and has a shit ton of space left. It plays my music. Cheap and does it's job, you consumer media whores.
