Issue is not the providers, it's the customers not setting it up for themselves.

The providers provide it just fine, but it's up to the user to set it so that it actually works for their area.

The Army uses VOIP like a motherfawker.

Supposedly internet, cable and (voip) phone will come over that line at some point, but who knows?

(And no I didn't read all that. I dont' have time)

internet and voip already do... cable will follow soon. verizon is now streching out fiber to residental home... which will have enough bandwidth to supply all three when the time comes
