im starting to script my interview answers
I did that in the past but usually it makes things harder on yourself to try to memorize lines about facts that you should know off the top of your head. I've done better on interviews that were pretty much improv.

1- to delagate I have a hard time cause i like to keep in control of everything
2- hard time deconnecting from work when i get home i find my self thinking of work alot

I wouldn't memorize a specific statement to say since a few things could go wrong. First this is if you do remember it al, it can sound very rehearsed and impersonal. Secondly, if you are reciting your statement and you forget a part of it you may stumble and try to think of the ext word that comes after it.
The best thing that you can do is to remember bullet points of what you want to say. Don't memorize an exact answer but know exactly how you would answer the question. This will go a lot further than morizing a specific statement.

I interviewed someone and hated their scripted responses. I then asked them something totally out of the blue, which threw them completely off.
"if you could be on the internet right now, where would you be and why?"
The tool couldn't even make something up.
