Has anyone ever used bidpay. I wanna purchase this gift for this chick but i cant use paypal since my account is in a negative status since they have all my monies on hold due to a stupid buyer. So i have to go an alternate route. I wanna get this before christmas...i noticed it mentioned something about sending a money order if its overseas...and i am ordering something from asia. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

i've used bidpay a couple times b4.. i don't like it as much as i like my paypal but i didn't have any probs.

 

Do they not recommend using them if the transaction is overseas? My wife sold a PS2 to a guy in Africa (red flag right there) paying with BidPay and never got paid. Bidpay can't back you up like PayPal does and get you your money.

3. I bet his auction came from a Chinese eBay seller with + feedback. Not a big deal.

 

I think BidPay was supposed to send us the money when the person recieved the item. Sort of like escrow? I don't know all the details. The PS2 was on eBay and the guy made an offer to stop the auction. I wouldn't have done it, and I warned my wife not to, but you know how that goes...
