maybe a wheel weight fell off? im guilty of the same thing coming home from work. the 12 and 16 hr icu night shifts.. ill start to fall asleep at about the same spot on the expressway.. u dont even realize its happening.. my work takes alot of concentration and going home is like being on autopilot..

 

yea after taking a look at it, it seems a sticky weight is missing from the front passenger side. My bro is gonna take it in tommorow to balance, rotate, and allign the wheels for me.

I'll agree it's flat spotting of the tires. While not SUPER dangerous you should get the tires checked out asap.

This is what happens when you either brake real hard to lock up the tires or go sideways. How do I know? I've done it plenty of times ot my autocross tires

 

If not the wheel weight, could it be possible that you might have warped a rotor?

I'm glad you're okay. I used to deliver auto body paint supplies and driving that much would make me tired or zone out. You got to keep yourself alert.

 

someone side-swiped me on the interstate last summer. i kept driving my car because it only scratched up my back passenger door and everything else seemed fine. about a week later my car was doing the same thing but i kept driving (stupid). about a week after that the tread ripped off the back drivers side tire while going 65 down the interstate.
not fun. go get it checked out.

 

yea my bro has it right now, so its gonna come back with a clean bill of health or with the list of what it needs to get one lol. Im starting to go through withdrawls lol i havent driven it in two days...i need my boost
