my ex would go ballistic if the remote died.. he'd sit on the couch in complete denial, pushing the button and scrunching up his face in disbelief.. then he'd rip off the battery cover and accuse me of sabotaging his batteries...

What a tool!
Mine hasnt been working right for like a week, but if I shook it it would work for a little bit, so I figured it was just cheap.
Then I changed the batteries and voila, like magic all better!
