Coping streaming Video
Our firm is defending someone in regards to that thanksgiving day parade accident where the light fixture fell on the two girls.
Now its up to me to obtain these video clippings from the .net but, im unable to do so because CNN doesnt allow it nor does CBS or any other site ( typically right click on the video and save as.....)
I downloaded a streaming video/audio program so I could possibly catch the clippings.
Does anyone know of a program that does work with capturing the videos off CNN or any other news casting site.?
thanks

Umm first of all you can use Streamripper to do it.
Second of all I would think that internet based video would be inadmissable as evidence, it is hard enough to get original video tapes entered unless chain of custody can be proven.

We have about 10 different shots of this happening. The closest one we have is of one of the girls actually being hit on the head by this post.
Im assuming it would be admissable since he is asking me to help him with this.
