Default What if....

What if rain fell at the same speed as snow? That would be pretty pimp I think...But then the droplets would combine and form huge rain drop. Then they would be easier to dodge.....

What made me think of this? Its snowing hardcore here and it popped into my head..

if snow fell any faster it would just turn to liquid. as the precipitation falls through the dense cold air, there is more "resistance." if they fell any faster, this resistance would create more friction on the snowflake surface thus heating it and melting it.

it falls fine.
