As a former UPS employee, I know that it depends on those three things, plus size, service level, and a few other things. Whatever you ship, just get a quote from ups.com, fedex.com, dhl.com, usps.com... You can save yourself a couple bucks that way

although i never worked in any of these companies, i know mine switched from fed ex to dhl. all i know is that my company is cheap.
