Brett I remember when I started, I was lifting 75 lbs as a max on my bench. A little over two and half years later I was benching 300 as a max. It just takes a lot of time and dedication, and most of all eating. I would say my max is somewhere around 255 right now, which isnt bad since I am still around 170, but it was definitely more impressive when I was 157 benching 300. I will get there again. My new goal is to be 180 and bench 315 by March before cutting starts.

Thats not bad at all.

I am just hoping that once school is out and I am skiing all the time I can find the motivation to lift

i remember before i got a gf and got fat ha i used to work out 4 times a week i was lifting 240 at 150 pounds squating 300 pounds and 160 on cleans, i used to work out for bmx racing so i worked my legs out a lot and at the time i was probably about 5'10" at 16 years old
