Thats not bad at all.
I am just hoping that once school is out and I am skiing all the time I can find the motivation to lift
i remember before i got a gf and got fat ha i used to work out 4 times a week i was lifting 240 at 150 pounds squating 300 pounds and 160 on cleans, i used to work out for bmx racing so i worked my legs out a lot and at the time i was probably about 5'10" at 16 years old
