national holiday cause bank and paypal to not work?
i paid this guy for something i bought off ebay last night and it hasnt shown anything in paypal or citibank...i think i accidently paid him again right now and it still hasnt shown anything.
i want my damn ebay item dammit!

Yes you can use it but don't expect for your balance to be updated on a holiday when banks as well as the federal reserve are closed. It is the same reason that no transactions show up on your statement over the weekend unless it is a direct deposit into an ATM or a branch that is open. Regardless, any transaction (most likely after 3:00 PM on Wed) is not going to go through to your bank until start of business on Friday.
