Well we've been busy making some of the stuff in advance for tomorrow, stuffing is made, just needs to be stuffed into the bird. I've got a ham marinating in crushed pineapple, peach mango orange juice, and mango chutney. The string bean casserole is ready to go, as is the baked corn casserole. The bird has been defrosting since Monday. We will have to cook and mash 10# of potatoes tomorrow, but that's no big deal. One of our guests is bringing a Waldorf Salad, my brother in-law is bringing baked squash, and my mother in-law is supplying fresh baked pies. Our Brazilian connection (our son's girlfriend's mother) is bringing a Brazilian dish.:yumyum: :yumyum: Looks like we're ready to get stuffed!!

uhh nothing here but the bird is almost defrosted just gonna leave it braised in salt and some other stuff. i'm helping momout this year with a emeril recipe. she isnt the best cook with poltury.
I am debating spending the day playing football then:
1. staying local for a free meal with a friends ( girl ) mom's client as her quasi-date... free turkey dinner. ( might have a good time, but more formal )
-or-
2. driving 90mins to this other girls place, eating food with her and 3 friends. then definatly partying. ( 95% good time, casual then drinking )
