im going to start sanding the primer today with 400 and 800 grit sandpaper. I dont know if i should wet sand or just sand it.

It honestly doesn't matter with primer if it's laid fairly decent. I usually do wetsanding to keep the dust down.

almost done wet sanding. I called for my carbon Fiber hood today and its on backorder for a month so i canceled it and getting one at Honda. So no Carbon Fiber for me
