Hit Print Screen/SysRq right by the scroll lock.
Go into a paint or some sort of digital processing program, go to File > New then Ctrl + V to paste it.
File > Save
Then attach it and upload it.

The printscreen was just a temporary "hold" of the picture right? It doesn't save it to the hd does it?
