Ok, you have to teach me how you are doing these then.

Here is what I do, which is wrong.

-His image is 40 frames
-I use that pic file and paste the hat on there
-Then I copy-merge the hat and first frame
-I paste into a new file
-Then I repeat for every frame moving the hat a little bit.

How would you do it?

How would you do it?
i did that 1st for mine... i made ~35 copies, edited each one, then merged each pair


(in imageready)

Select frame 1
Paste the hat as layer 41 and make it visible
Resize... etc

drag to position
select next frame
drag to position
select next... etc
