I've spent a little more in gum than smokes, but I feel alot better. In the past 15 years I have quit for a grand total of 2 years approx. I guess practice makes perfect.

yeh.. pretty much. i found a full pack in a golf cart at work, so i had one. at that point, about 90% of my friends smoked, so when i was over there every day and night.. i just started

i started because it was cold out, and my buddy @ that time I always hung out with smoked. it was always snowy and nothing to do. I then did it because i thought it would calm me down. which they really don't...

i went a logn time smoking for a month then quitting. no problems. just this last time, i really felt the withdrawl.

i heard from my roommate that gum doesnt do shit, but i dont know how determined you are
