1. you need to host the images somewhere
2. build an webpage on MS FrontPage
3. copy and paste HTML code generated by FrontPage into eBay.

ya, ebay. ebay has these things integrated, of course there is a price for certain things. when you list your item go to the "pictures and details" tab and you will see everything there.
