yeah some pages wont work n firefox but since firefox is fair to us, they allow you to open ie and the website u cant view from inside firefox. also another major avantage other than security, is being able to download very large files faster and without crashing. IE crashes when u transfer large files. another thing you might notice is when u are downloading stuff using ie and u close the website u downloading from, 50% of the time the download file will cancel/failed and u also dont have the choice of "resume or retry" a file n ie.

you have that backwards. when this happens, 99% of the time it's because the page wasn't written correctly, and/or was written to work correclty in IE's severly flawed rendering engine.

it's really hard to do on firefox, but if u happen to get it infected somehow with a virus, u hafta reinstall it. normally, with IE i was able to just heal it somehow, with firefox it becomes such a pain. LOL right now i have this message that comes up, and then it says that it creates a problem and firefox has to shut down. haha, its really hard to do tho on firefox. also, u cant view certain stuff, like parts of MTV.com and any other page that requires IE 5.0 or whatever those flash sites need. But yea, i use it as a primary browser. i love it.

get adblock (can get rid of annoying flashy ads or those that cover content) and get no script (blocks all these different annoying things)
