Default Sports Gamblers

Can anyone give me a good idea on how to bet on Football using the point spreads? It is for a work pool where you choose 3 games a week against the spread. Trying to make as educated of a guess as I can. I know the basics of how the line works; in that the line moves to force even betting for both teams. So, if the line widens, is it safer to choose the favored team and if it closes safer to choose the underdog? The lines are coming from the news paper and here is where they currently are. Any tips are appreciated.

the Bears will NOT win by 13 on Sunday. Chicago has to win by 2 or more TD's ... impossible with the kicker they have.

I'd take the Monday night game ... The Cowboys are going to win that one.
I'd take the Broncos with the -3 pt spread ... Oakland will lose by a TD or more.
I'd go against the Bears' 13 pt spread and pick the 49'ers

I am hesitant to take the Dallas/Philly game due to it being Monday Night and an NFC East division game. All bets are off in these contests. I like either the Panthers or Jags games to use, but not sure whom.

echecks, bank wire, western union, net teller, firepay, and visa/mc.

I personally just use e-checks.
