Default band clamps?

I saw these clamps that guy, Stacey, used on Trucks! to put together some exhaust pipes. The clamp was like 3-4 inches long and it went around both ends of the pipes and connected them together.

I also think I saw them in a Jegs catalog I used to have but can't find it anymore. Anyone know what they are called and where to get them?
