Mr. Owens is not interested in anything but what is best for him, period. No matter how good he believes he is, there are still going to be 10 other guys out there on the field with him. They should have let the Cowboys kill his stupid ass when he ran to the middle of the field did his little thing to the star, and I hate the fucking Cowboys.

I highly doubt that most eagles fans were calling him a cancer when he recovered quickly from his broken leg in order to have a great performance in the superbowl

Granted TO went over the line critisizing his QB in season but its the truth. McNabb is overrated but so is the entire rest of the team.

I have no problem with TO asking for more $, People renegotiate contracts all the time in the NFL why would this be any different. I know if TO did completely shitty last season the eagles would be looking to renegotiate or outright rip up the contract on him.

 

I've stood up for the guy in the past...but he just keeps going on and on and on. He'll never get another long term deal, it'll be year to year from now on, with stipulations in the contract regarding his conduct and relating it to his salary.

 

Nope...the next team to get him will inherit his Eagles contract deal until that contract runs out. So they're going to get him on another team that is still going to bitch about his contract, and won't want to play.

 

Wrong.....NFL contract are not guaranteed so the Eagles will prolly run him thru wavers where no one will pick him up then they will just tear up his contract and cut him in the off season.

 

Did the eagles really think he was gonna behave after seeing how much of a punk he was in SF? I agree with dubcac about the next team brave/stupid enough to pick him up. I think/hope that everyone finally sees the kind of person he is and the problems he will bring with him if he comes to their town. I hope for his sake he invested his money wisely because he might not be getting quite as much in the future.
